Treatments (in person, online, and home service):<\/span><\/p>

  1. Full payment is required on confirmation of session booking<\/span><\/li>
  2. The healer and client will discuss and clarify all aspects of the session prior to the treatment so that expectations are clear and confirmed. Clarity calls are available before purchasing.<\/span><\/li>
  3. Policy on lateness, cancellation, and no-show sessions: 48-hour advance notice is required to reschedule appointments. If this advance notice is not given, your fee for the appointment will be forfeited. In the event you are late for your appointment this time will be deducted from your treatment.<\/span><\/li>
  4. Refund policy: Should you decide to purchase a coaching programme or any personalised product from this site, you will enter into a contract of sale with us at the point of sale. If you change your mind about purchasing, there will be no refunds.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
