Listen to your body, acknowledging and honouring every part of it.
Meditation helps reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus, attention, and sleep quality, lower blood pressure, and boost emotional health through increased self-awareness, compassion, and emotion regulation. It can also ease depression symptoms, support physical health by reducing inflammation, and strengthen mental resilience and clarity.
